How do I order a book/ stuffed toy?

Go to the shop page and click on the “Add to cart” for all products you wish to purchase. Then fill out your name and address and billing information.

Check the volume on your device and make sure you have selected the “Read to me” or “Auto Play” options.

The app crashes multiple times, what do i do?

For iPad & iPhone – Make sure your device has the latest software installed. Download the latest version of iTunes from Try powering off you device wait 10 seconds and restart. Close any apps that may be running in the background. For Android – A common problem for crashing games in insufficient memory. To free up more memory go to “Applications”, then “Manage Applications” then click the “Running” button to close any apps that aren’t essential. Also close the Zoonicorn game and re-start.
